Do you Travel?
I am willing to travel throughout Northeast Iowa and love to discover new locations beyond!
How long have you been doing this?
I have been taking photos as a hobby for many years, but officially opened B Captured Studio in March 2022.
How do we pay?
Payment is due at time of session. B Captured Studio accepts checks, Square and PayPal payments (client is subject to a handling fee if using Square or PayPal).
How many photos do we get?
Packages come with a set amount of photos for each package, however more photos can be purchased in addition to the package amount. Package information is at the bottom of each portfolio page.
How do we get our photos?
You will receive your gallery via an online link + code where you can easily share with others and download straight to your phone/computer. You can also order prints + cards through my online shop. A flash drive is available, at an additional cost, upon request.
Do you retouch photos?
Creative privilege – there are times when an image needs a certain crop or a particular treatment. I will do my best to match your tastes, but I need to have the freedom to decide how to make an image look its absolute best. B Captured Studio makes the best effort at minimizing blemishes, etc. while maintaining a natural look.
What is your turn around time?
B Captured Studio aims to provide a preview within 24-48 hours of your session. Full gallery will be available within 2-3 weeks of photoshoot. There are exceptions to this, specifically during busy seasons, i.e. fall sessions.
How do we book you?
Visit my contact page and fill out the inquiry section. B Captured Studio will respond within 2-3 business days. I also have a booking site right here on my webpage that helps secure your spot easily!
Can you help us with planning?
Of course! Jenn can assist clients with any questions or planning strategies they may have.
What should we wear?
B Captured Studio recommends neutral/earthy tones and minimal patterns and keep in mind the surroundings of your session. Stay away from heavy patterns or neon colors. I can provide a Pinterest board that has tons of wardrobe inspiration that I would be happy to share with you. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel good & confident! Depending on your package, you can have multiple outfits as well.
